RFP Management & Support
Manage RFP process and being the single point of contact for buyer and bidders
Conduct calls and meetings with buyer and bidder as necessary to support project
Field and respond to questions from bidders and buyers
Hold a Bidders Conference to review additional questions or clarifications needed
Assist with Response analysis and scoring
Evaluate and Advise on overall question and pricing for award
Support a second round (re-open of RFP) if required before award

Pre- RFP Support:
Validate products and services in scope
Review and consult on business requirements and objectives
Assist with Construction of RFP including but not limited to:
Overview Document — Timelines, instructions, communication requirements, pertinent details about buyer, etc.
Pricing Templates and Files — Creation and consultation on pricing documents to ensure all elements are captured outside of standard pricing, i.e. terms, commitments, minimums, overages etc.
Question Template — Organize, Consolidate, Construct and Recommend on questions to be included in the RFP.
Bidder Selection — Compile and recommend bidders based on services in scope.
Assist with RFP creation to include but not limited to:
Timeline — Launch date, Question Due, RFP Due date, Award date.
Required Forms — Load required forms i.e. NDA, Security Docs, MSA.
RFP Questions — Load RFP Questions, ensure formatting, structure etc.
Bidder Selection — Load bidders, profiles and access.
Weighting — Weighting sections and service types based on importance.
Scoring — Score questions and answers.
Post RFP Support:
Gather any additional details required before moving to contracting stage
Revise pricing or request Concessions if necessary
Assist with Contract Negotiation & Review to include but not limited to:
Terms, Commitments, Pricing, T’s & C’s, Business Downturn, SLA’s.
